With reference to the earlier letter dated October 01, 2015, regarding Q2 results on October 29, 2015, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank earlier scheduled on October 29, 2015 has been rescheduled on October 30, 2015 due to certain exigencies. Further, the Company note that the Trading window closure period remains unchanged.
