Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on April 21, 2014, has allotted 39,388 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under the following series:<br/><br/>ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (4th Tranche) : 32,349 equity shares<br/>ESOP Scheme Series 2007/26 (3rd Tranche) : 3,902 equity shares<br/>ESOP Scheme Series 2007/30 (3rd Tranche) : 1,995 equity shares<br/>ESOP Scheme Series 2007/34 (1st Tranche) : 1,142 equity shares
