Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on August 24, 2015, has allotted 10,27,010 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.
