Koutons Retail India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 06, 2013, has considered the appointment of Mr. Nishant Kumar, Mr. Kamal Kumar and Mr. Chouhan Som Prabh Singh as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from July 06, 2013.
