Koutons Retail India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 10, 2012, has discussed certain matters and decided to move an application/petition to Hon'ble High Court of Delhi u/s 391 of the Companies Act 1956 for compromise/arrangement with unsecured creditors/lenders of the Company.
