KPIT Technologies Limited - Grant of Options under ESOP Scheme

KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the HR & Compensation (Nomination & Remuneration) Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, has approved the grant of 10,000 options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014, of the Company to an employee on the following terms:-<BR><BR>1. The options shall vest over a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of grant.<BR><BR>2. The options shall be exercisable within a period of 3 years after the date of vesting.<BR><BR>3. Each option shall carry the right to be issued one equity share of the Company at a price of Rs. 2 per equity share/-.
