The Postal Ballot Notice will be sent to all the shareholders whose name appear in the register of members/beneficial owners received from the Depositories as on 29.03.2024 ("Cut Off Date") seeking their approval for Special Resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot, only through remote e-voting.
