Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Bhavesh Nagda has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. the close of buisness hours on June 21, 2024 due to personal reasons.
