Krishanveer Forge Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities adopted by the Company under SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be Closed for all directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
