Krishanveer Forge Ltd - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

This is to inform you that Ms Kamini Jalan, shareholder showing in the Shareholding Pattern her share Certificate has been lost and a request has been received to issue a Duplicate share Certificate. After all the formalities the Duplicate Share Certificate will be issued and the share will be transmitted to the legal heir. Details of which is enclosed in the letter attached.
