Closure of Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Monday, April 01, 2024 and shall remain closed till till end of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Result for the Quarter and Year ended march 31, 2024.
