Krishna Ventures Limited - Closure of Trading Window

As per Company's 'Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders' adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities by the Specified Persons shall remain close from Monday, 1st February, 2021 to Friday, 12th February, 2021 (both days inclusive).
