Board has taken the following decisions:- 1. Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the period; 2. Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 30th September, 2022; 3. Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Statement of Cash Flow for the half year ended 30th September, 2022.
