KRYPTON INDUSTRIES LTD. - Re-Scheduling Of The Ensuing AGM & Book Closure Dates

This is with reference to our earlier letter dated 30.05.2017 wherein it was stated that the Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on 14th September, 2017 and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 08, 2017 to September 14, 2017, (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> However, due to some unavoidable reasons, the Twenty Seventh AGM of the Company is re-scheduled to be held on 22nd September, 2017 and accordingly, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2017 to September 22, 2017, (both days inclusive).<BR> Referred with this letter, the earlier intimation shall stand void.<BR> <BR> This is for your reference and record.<BR>
