Annual Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Final dividend for the said accounting year.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 20, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company.
