KSE LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

KSE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, had declared an interim dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs. 383.98 lakhs including dividend distribution tax.
