KSE Ltd has informed BSE that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on November 12, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares stand closed from November 03, 2015 and shall re-open on November 16, 2015. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
