Re-constitution of Audit Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee pursuant to the demise of Late Mr. Vinod Ahuja.<BR><BR>2. Code of conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
