Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Tuesday, the 10th November, 2020 at Chandigarh and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. Copy of the same has been filed with the exchanges separately. The meeting commenced at 12.15 PM and concluded at 2:30 PM.
