We, hereby, inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting held today i.e. November 29, 2021, concluded at 06: 15 P.M. chaired by Liquidator along with the KMP, Mr. Sharad Bhandari, Chief Finance Officer of Kwality Limited to discuss and approve the following matters:<BR> <BR> 1. The Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter & half year ended as on 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> 3. The Standalone and Consolidated Cash Flow Statement for the quarter & half year ended as on 30th September, 2021.
