Kwality Limited - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing with securities of the Company by Promoter, Directors, Designated Employees including their relatives and all connected persons, will remain closed from April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the quarter and year ended as on March 31, 2020.
