L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting - Appointment of CFO

L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 24, 2015, has appointed Mr. Sachinn Joshi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 26, 2015.<BR><BR>Ms. Upma Goel, Deputy Finance Controller, who had been appointed as a Key Managerial Person (KMP) under the Companies Act, 2013, to discharge the functions of the Chief Financial Officer in April 2015, would continue with her group level responsibilities, prior to her appointment as KMP, as also certain additional responsibilities.<BR>
