L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. A. K. Jain, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 25, 2015, to devote time to other commitments.<BR><BR>The said resignation will be effective February 26, 2015.
