In compliance with provisions of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the copies of newspaper cutting published each of 'Business Standard' (English Edition) and 'Aaj Kaal' (Bengali Edition) dated 13th November, 2020 regarding publication of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2020.
