Lahoti Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, has transacted and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Umesh Lahoti as the Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a period of 5 years subject to the approval of the Members<BR><BR>2. Regularization of appointment of Ms. Meghna Panchal as the Independent Director of the Company subject to the approval of the Members<BR><BR>3. Ratification of the appointment of M/s. P. C. Ghadiali & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2015-2016 and fix their remuneration subject to approval by Members.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of M/s. Kothari H. & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer for E-Voting and Poll to be conducted for the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
