Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommended dividend of Rs.37.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on August 10, 2015.<BR><BR>3. The cut-off date for determining eligibility of shareholders for remote e-voting is August 03, 2015.
