LAMBODHARA TEXTILES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2023 Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons and as informed earlier, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons from 1st October, 2023 till 15th November, 2023 (i.e., 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2023) (both days inclusive).
