Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2014 to consider the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter year ended September 30, 2014, among other business.<br/><br/>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from October 27, 2014 to November 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the<br/>consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading from November 12, 2014.
