The 35th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10th December, 2020 at 10.00 am through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI).
