LANCOR HOLDINGS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019 - 20 dated 02nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the designated person and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from tomorrow i.e. 01st October, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.
