Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, has considered the following:<BR><BR>1. The Annual General Meeting of the Company has been fixed on April 17, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. at the 'Victoria Memorial School'. Opposite Tardeo AC Market, Tardeo Road, Mumbai - 400034;<BR><BR>2. Further the Board has not declared any dividend for the year ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>3. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Siddhartha Gangwal as Director w.e.f. January 31, 2015.<BR><BR>4. The Board has also considered the reappointment of independent Director as the Companies Act, 2013.
