This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed on 08-April-2024 has allotted 33628 Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 5 each/- of the Company under Landmark Cars Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2018 to the eligible grantees, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.
