Landmark Cars Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed on 10th July, 2024 has allotted 4000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company under Landmark Cars Limited Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2018 to the eligible grantees pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.
