Landmark Property Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Regulation 8 (2) of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015, the Company have formulated and published on the official web site, the said code of fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, 2015. This was adopted at the Board Meeting held on May 12, 2015, making it effective from May 15, 2015.
