Pursuant to the requirements of Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') circular no. RBI/2020-21/24 DoR (NBFC) (PD) CC. No. 117/03.10.001/2020-21 dated August 13, 2020 on guidelines for Core Investment Companies, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2020 has approved the appointment of Mr. Tushar Patankar as the Chief Risk Officer of the Company for a tenor of two years with immediate effect.
