Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 along with the Auditors Report thereon and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
