Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") on April 12, 2016 in order to undertake an initial public offering of its equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each (the "Equity Shares"). The Offer comprises of an offer for sale of up to 17,500,000 Equity Shares by Larsen & Toubro Limited.
