LARSEN and TOUBRO LTD. - Allotment of Shares

Larsen and Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 5,22,181 (Five Lakh Twenty Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty One only) shares on July 28, 2014 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.<br/><br/>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
