LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. - Allotment of Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 2,43,216 (Two Lakh Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen) shares on July 31, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.<BR><BR>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
