Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further the Company confirms that as per the Company's internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results to the public, i.e. June 01, 2015.
