LARSEN and TOUBRO LTD. - Allotment of Shares

Larsen and Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 4,96,319 (Four Lakh Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen only) shares on April 04, 2014 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Companys Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.<br/><br/>The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
