Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We have received an expression of interest for purchase of around 5% of the equity share capital of L&T Finance Holdings Limited ("the Company") held by us. We are evaluating this offer and may sell around 5% of the equity share capital of the Company, subject to appropriate internal clearances".
