Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 2,64,108 (Two Lakh Sixty Four Thousand One Hundred Eight) shares on January 29, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Companys Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.<BR><BR>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
