Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that The Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. A. K. Jain from the Board of Directors of the Company. SUUTI has nominated Mr. Swapan Dasgupta in place of Mr. A. K. Jain, as a director on the Board of the Company.<BR><BR>The Board, in its meeting held on February 09, 2015 appointed Mr. Swapan Dasgupta as a Director representing SUUTI w.e.f. April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>In the same meeting, Ms. Sunita Sharma has been appointed as a Director representing Life Insurance Corporation of India w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
