Larsen and Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to clause 41(VI)(b)(i) read with clause 41(l)(e)(i) of the equity listing agreement, Larsen and Toubro Ltd shall submit quarterly and year to date Consolidated Financial Results in addition to <br/>Stand-alone Financial Results from the quarter ending June 30, 2014 of the financial year 2014-15 within the stipulated period and in the form and manner as prescribed under the equity listing agreement.
