Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 23, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results, i.e. November 02, 2015.
