LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. - Allotment of Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 1,19,780 (One Lakh Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty) shares on August 27, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Companys Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.<BR><BR>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
