Kindly note that pursuant to clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation, 2015 s well as in terms of Coe of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close with effect from Monday, 01 April, 2024 till the nd of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2024 (both days inclusive ) for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
