We would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Monday, July 01, 2024 to Sunday, July 28, 2024 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
