This is to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders in respect of securities of the company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the Shares of the company will remain closed for all directors, officers, Designated persons and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from 01st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the half year ended 30th September, 2022. Please note that the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the half year ended 30th September, 2022 shall be communicated in due course of time.
